Has COVID-19 caused any delays in shipping?  The short answer is yes in some instances. We are happy to report that the vast majority of our orders are shipping on time.  We are taking every precaution to ship your order, but occasionally minor delays may occur.  Simply put, your order should arrive on time. If you have a deadline, we highly recommend ordering a few days early to ensure a timely delivery. 

COVID-19 Protocols:  We are practicing CDC guidelines when preparing your order. You can visit the CDC website www.CDC.gov for details.

 

How can I track my order?  Once you order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you along with a link where you can track the status of your order.

 

Can I pick up my order?  No we are not open to the public and do not allow customer pickups. We also do not offer a showroom.

 

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?  Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed.

 

Do you ship out of the country?  No, we only ship within the USA.

 

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico?  No, we only ship to the lower 48 United States.

 

Do you ship COD? No

 

Do you offer free shipping?  Yes. We offer free shipping for all certain orders. Check each the free shipping offer within each individual order description.

 

What shipping method do you use?  We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?  90% of our orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.  Please note we do not ship on Sundays, or most major holidays.

 

What if I provided an incorrect shipping address?  If your order was undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you about the return and resend upon receipt of additional postage.  Please double check your address information before submitting. 

 

Do you have a minimum order?  No.

Will I be charged sales tax?  D&C Marriage Enrichment, Inc. is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a specific state. The appropriate sales tax will be assessed and added to your merchandise total if your order is shipping to any of the following states: Georgia. The sales tax for your order is based on state and local tax rates as well as the shipping and/or service location of your order. 

 

Do you offer volume discounts?  No.

Do you sell to individuals or just businesses?  Yes we sell to individuals as well as businesses.

 

Is an account required to purchase?  No account is required to purchase.

 

If a product is out of stock, how long until it is back in stock?  Our website inventory is updated daily so please keep checking back to see when products are back in stock.

 

What payment options do you offer?  Our payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.

 

Can I return or exchange an item?  Yes, please review our returns/exchange policy. 

What are your hours of operation? Our office hours are Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST.  However, you can place an order on our website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  If you email us after hours, a representative will be back in touch as soon as possible.

 

Is the D&C Marriage Enrichment, Inc. website safe and secure?  Yes. We have gone to great lengths to make our website secure.  Your information is protected.  We never sell your personal information.
