Shipping Policy

 

The following shipping methods are available for products sold through D&C Marriage Enrichment, Inc.. Standard Ground (4 to 8 days), Second Day (2 days), and Next Day (1 day).  Some items may not be eligible for shipping using Second or One Day delivery due to size, weight or certain delivery addresses.  These items will only have Standard Ground available and will be noted on the product.  Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories APO/PPO, Canada or other international addresses.  Please note that some packages may arrive in multiple packages.

Standard Ground

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive 4 to 6 days depending on the delivery location.  Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 to 5 days and are subject to an additional $10 deliver fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

Second Day Delivery

Second day is available for most products for our customers within 48 contiguous United States. Second day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 1 p.m. EST on a business day.  Orders should arrive within 2 business days.  Order processed after 1 p.m. EST will be processed on the following business day.  Orders should arrive within 3 business days. All order must have a valid address (no P.O. boxes).  Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.  This delivery method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.  Note:  Due to Covid-19 some delays may occur.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is only available on select products for our customers within 48 contiguous United States. Check in the description box of the selected product for eligibility. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 1 p.m. EST on a business day.  Orders should arrive within 1 business day.  Order processed after 1 p.m. EST will be processed on the following business day.  Orders should arrive within 2 business days. All order must have a valid address (no P.O. boxes).  Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery.  This delivery method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
