RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

D&C Marriage Enrichment, Inc.

Thank you again for your purchase. We appreciate your business.  At D&C Marriage Enrichment, Inc. it is our #1 priority to provide customer satisfaction! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging including accessories and packaging along with the original receipt as proof of purchase (or gift receipt) within 21 days of the date you receive the product. We will provide a refund based upon the original payment method.  In addition, please note that: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) the following products are not eligible for return:

Books

Candles

Food Items

Journals

T-shirts

 

In order to process your return, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out our Return Form.

  2. Once we receive your Return Form, we will email you a return authorization with a pdf file of the return USPS shipping label.

  3. Print the return USPS shipping label and place it on the package.

  4. Drop off the package at any USPS location.

 

When making a return, please ensure the following:

  • Your items have not been altered in any way.  This includes printing, embroidering, washing or decorating.  Altered items will not be accepted.

  • Your return must be postmarked within 21 days of the original order date.  Returns postmarked after 21 days will not be accepted.

Refunds:

  • We will notify you when your item(s) have been received by us.

  • Refunds will be issued once we inspect all items.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund based on your original method of payment.  If there is an issue with the return we will contact to make other appropriate arrangements.

  • As a courtesy, we do not charge a restocking fee.

  • Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded.

  • Most refunds are issued within 15 business days.

 

Note:  

Credit card payments will be completed after a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item to us, contact us.

Exchanges and Claims:

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges.  You may return certain items (items not listed on the nonreturnable list in this document) and place a new order.

  • Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt.  If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.
